The 10th Acharya of Terapanth Sect; Acharya Shree Mahaprajna, emphasized that the healing power of nature has the innate ability to heal and believed that health embraces not only the body, but the mind and spirit.<\/big> Acharya Shree Mahaprajna was a great practitioner of Naturopathy and always motivated his disciples to \u201cReturn to Nature\u201d and suggested to practice Preksha Meditation and Yoga to create a balance between the body and the mind and to attain self-enlightenment. In order to accomplish it, the great Acharya suggested the use of different movements, breathing exercises, relaxation technique and meditation.
