Reservation Rules and Regulations:
General Rules:
- Patients must carry their ID proof in original at the time of arrival.
- At the time of arrival, the patients must bring the reservation confirmation letter sent by the centre.
- The check-in time is 11.30am and the check-out time is 11.00am, beyond which a half day charge will be applicable up to 4.00pm, and beyond 4.00pm, full day charges will apply. ( Rs. 4999/- for Deluxe, Rs. 3499/- for Semi-Deluxe and Rs. 1499/- for Dormitory) subject to availability.
- The right to admission is reserved by the management and is non-transferable.
- Admission is subject to clearance of case by our doctor, who will check the application and medical records to ascertain eligibility.
- Applications are cleared on provisional basis and admission is granted on the basis of applicant’s physical examination by our doctors upon arrival. If any information declared in the application is found incorrect, admission will be denied and advance deposit forfeited.
Reservations / Cancellations:
- 30% advance to be paid at the time of reservation.
- In case of cancellation before 72 hours of the expected check-in, 10% processing charges will be deducted. Rest amount will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation before 48 hours of expected check-in, 50% of reservation deposit will be deducted. Rest amount will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation in less than 48 hours and no show, 100% deposit will be forfeited.
- Patients discharged on account of indiscipline will be forfeited with 3 days charges or the balance days whichever is less. In case there is any balance amount after forfeiture, the same can be refunded.
- Check-in and check-out is on a day-to-day basis. Request for early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
Payments:
- For membership, entire fee to be paid at the time of registration.
- Online payment, cash and demand drafts are accepted.
- Laboratory reports, laundry and other facilities will be charged extra.
- Govt. taxes levied shall be applicable and will be charged extra.
Campus Disciplines: To make your Stay Hassle-free:
- Bring your medical history and clinical report, for Consultation.
- Every therapy and diet has its own specific therapeutic benefit. Therefore, personal choice is discouraged.
- Therapies will be prescribed depending upon the clinical condition and for optimum result. Please do not delay or request for rescheduling, for that may lead to cancellation of therapy.
- Patients above 75 years of age and children below 15 years of age are not permitted.
- Some treatments will not be prescribed during the menstruation period of female patients.
- Self–medication is prohibited. In case medication is essential, the same should be declared to doctor, who may permit you to use under the direction of the concerned in-house doctors. Further, drugs or medicines of any kind in your possession must be disclosed at the time of arrival.
- Tea / coffee and aerated soft drinks are not allowed.
- Use of mobiles phones and other electronic devices is restricted on the campus except, inside the patient’s rooms.
- Alcohol, cigarette, betel, gutkha or any other forms of nicotine are prohibited. Taking such items in Campus is a major policy violation, patients may be summarily discharged if found in possession of such items.
- Patients are not permitted to go out of the premises without the permission of the doctor and head of the centre.
- Kindly do not bring valuable ornaments to the property. The management will be not responsible in case there is any loss of such valuables. Cash, if any, may be deposited with the cashier.
- Patients are advised to carry comfortable clothing like loose cotton garments (kurta-pajamas / salwar-kameez), sportswear (shorts, tracksuit, running shoes), and appropriate wear for the season i.e. winter, summer and rainy.
- No outside food is allowed in the premises.
- Pets are not allowed in the premises.
