Acharya Shree Mahaprajna was a great practitioner of Naturopathy and always motivated his disciples to “Return to Nature” and suggested to practice Preksha Meditation and Yoga to create a balance between the body and the mind and to attain self-enlightenment. In order to accomplish it, the great Acharya suggested the use of different movements, breathing exercises, relaxation technique and meditation. His doctrine is holistic and is associated with a healthy and lively lifestyle with a balanced approach to life.
His successor, Acharya Shree Mahashraman inspired the University to create excellence in the sphere of healthcare through Yoga & Naturopathy. The University has developed a state of the art treatment facility as the first phase that shall stand as a tribute to an ancestry of aesthetic sense and impart knowledge in all branches of ancient art of Nature Cure and Yoga.
